Refund Policy | Wan27AI

This Refund Policy applies to subscriptions, subscription renewals, credit packs, one-time purchases, add-ons, and any other paid access to Wan27AI. Please review the plan, price, credit amount, renewal period, and generation requirements before purchasing.

Except where a refund is required by applicable law, Wan27AI does not provide cash refunds, payment reversals, exchanges, account credits, charge credits, or prorated refunds after an order is placed. This policy applies even if:

• You do not use the Service after purchasing.
• You use only part of your subscription period or credit balance.
• You forget to cancel before a renewal charge.
• You cancel in the middle of a billing cycle.
• You are dissatisfied with a generated output, generation speed, model behavior, artifacts, or creative quality.
• Your prompt, upload, or requested output is blocked by content policy, safety systems, payment rules, or applicable law.
• Your account is suspended or terminated for suspected abuse, fraud, chargeback activity, prohibited content, or violation of the Terms of Service.
• A feature, price, credit cost, plan benefit, generation option, or model becomes unavailable, is rate limited, changes, or is discontinued.

Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing period. Until self-service cancellation is available, you may request cancellation of future renewals by contacting us from your registered email address at least 48 hours before the next renewal date.

Send cancellation requests to support@wan27ai.pro. Cancellation stops future renewal charges after it is processed. It does not refund the current billing period, unused time, unused credits, released credits, pending credits, or previously charged renewal fees except where required by applicable law.

Credit pack purchases are final and non-refundable once the order is placed. Unused credit pack balances cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred, resold, refunded, or converted into another product unless required by applicable law.

If credits are deducted and a generation fails because of a confirmed technical error, Wan27AI may automatically restore the deducted credits to your account. Credit restoration is an in-service adjustment only. It is not a cash refund, payment reversal, chargeback right, or compensation.

Credits are not restored for policy-blocked prompts, prohibited content requests, user-canceled attempts, unsupported inputs, user error, poor prompt quality, dissatisfaction with subjective output quality, or violations of our Terms of Service.

If you attempt to generate prohibited content, including sexual content, non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, or any content involving the sexualization or exploitation of minors, we may suspend or terminate your account, preserve relevant logs, report where required or appropriate, and deny any refund, credit, or compensation to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in account suspension, loss of access, credit revocation, and collection of amounts owed, subject to applicable law.

Nothing in this Refund Policy limits any non-waivable refund, cancellation, cooling-off, or consumer protection right that applies to you by law. If applicable law requires a refund despite this policy, we will provide the refund required by that law and no more.
