These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply when you access or use Wan27AI at https://wan27ai.pro, create an account, submit prompts or files, generate outputs, or purchase credits or subscriptions.

By using this site, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Refund Policy. If you do not agree, do not use this site.

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to agree to these Terms. You are responsible for your account, your prompts, your uploads, your generated outputs, and all activity under your account.

If you believe your account has been compromised, contact support@wan27ai.pro.

• Credits: Generation features may consume credits based on the selected model, duration, resolution, quantity, and other settings shown on this site.
• Subscriptions: Subscription plans renew automatically unless canceled before the next billing period.
• Credit packs: One-time credit packs are digital service credits for use on this site.
• Billing: By purchasing, you authorize the selected payment method to be charged for the order, renewal, taxes, and applicable fees.

Until self-service cancellation is available, you may request cancellation of future subscription renewals by contacting support@wan27ai.pro from your registered email address. Cancellation stops future renewal charges after it is processed; it does not refund the current billing period unless required by applicable law.

If credits are deducted and a generation fails because of a confirmed technical error, we may restore the deducted credits to your account. Credit restoration is an in-service adjustment only. It is not a cash refund, payment reversal, chargeback right, or compensation.

You may not use this site to:

• Violate any law, regulation, court order, payment rule, or other person's rights.
• Create, request, upload, edit, transform, store, or distribute pornography, explicit sexual content, sexualized nudity, or other NSFW content. This site may not be used for any sexual, pornographic, erotic, fetish, or sexual-gratification purpose.
• Create or request nudity, partial nudity, see-through clothing, lingerie, underwear, or body-focused imagery when presented in a sexualized, erotic, exploitative, or age-inappropriate context.
• Create or request sexual violence, coercion, exploitation, trafficking, incest, bestiality, or any non-consensual sexual activity.
• Create or request non-consensual intimate imagery, sexual deepfakes, face swaps, likeness misuse, or any sexualized depiction of a real person without consent.
• Create, request, describe, suggest, sexualize, exploit, endanger, groom, or target a minor or a person who appears to be under 18, including AI-generated, synthetic, illustrated, fictional, edited, or manipulated versions.
• Create or distribute hateful, harassing, defamatory, threatening, violent, self-harm, illegal, deceptive, fraudulent, or privacy-invasive content.
• Impersonate another person, mislead viewers about AI-generated content, or create harmful deepfakes.
• Infringe copyrights, trademarks, publicity rights, privacy rights, trade secrets, or other rights.
• Upload private credentials, payment card data, confidential information, or sensitive personal data unless you have lawful authority and a legitimate need.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, overload, disrupt, probe, or attack this site.
• Resell access, share accounts, automate generation at abusive scale, or use this site to build a competing service without written permission.
• Bypass, hide, weaken, or test safety filters, moderation systems, payment rules, or these Terms.

We may reject prompts, block uploads, remove outputs, limit features, suspend or terminate accounts, revoke credits connected to abuse, block payments, preserve relevant logs, report apparent illegal content or child safety risks, and cooperate with lawful requests. Violations do not entitle you to any refund, credit, or compensation.

You are responsible for all prompts, uploads, reference materials, instructions, edits, generated outputs, and other content you submit to or create with this site. You represent that you have the rights and permissions needed to submit that content and use any output.

You give Wan27AI permission to host, store, process, transmit, reproduce, modify, and display your content as needed to operate this site, provide generation features, maintain security, provide support, and enforce these Terms.

This site is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. Outputs may be inaccurate, unexpected, unusable, unsafe, or unsuitable for your purpose. You are responsible for reviewing generated outputs before publishing, distributing, selling, or otherwise using them.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Wan27AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost revenue, lost data, business interruption, or loss of goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to this site will not exceed the amount you paid to Wan27AI in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.

We may update these Terms by posting the revised version on this page. We may also modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of this site. You may stop using this site at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if we believe you violated these Terms, created risk, failed to pay, caused a chargeback, or used this site abusively.
